Q: Do you provide props?

A: Yes we provide all the props (see website & Instagram for ideas of what we have), backgrounds and some outfits for newborns and 1 year old.

Q: Do you come to private house?

A: Yes, we can do the photoshoot in your home. There is an additional fee of 600-1000 QR depending on your location.

Q: How many themes can I choose?

A: Themes depend on the package. Bronze package 3 themes, 4 themes for silver, and 5-6 themes for gold & platinum package.

Q: Do you have studio? Where is your studio?

Q: Do I need to book an appointment?

A: Yes, please contact 50100819 to book an appointment. We do not take walk-in.

Q: When should I book my appointment?

A: It is advised to book your appointment 1-2 weeks before your preferred date.

Q: Is the cake included in the cake package?

A: Cake and balloons are included in all cake smash packages.

Q: Can I take images with my baby? Will it be included in the package?

A: Family pictures are always welcome and they are considered to be part of the package. Siblings too!

Q: How long does it take for the images to be ready?

A: It takes 5 days for the edited soft copy images (digital), 2 weeks for the canvas, and 1 month for the album from the approval/order date.

Q: Can I purchase additional Images?

A: Yes or Upgrade the package depending on how many images.

Q: Album VS Prints

A: An album is a hardcover book with a collection of the images printed in the pages.

Prints are individual prints, sizes: 6×8 inches & 4×6 inches

Q: Does the bronze package include an album?

A: Albums come with the gold and platinum packages only. You can purchase an album with the silver package for an extra charge. An album can not be purchased with a bronze package.

Q: Do I get all the images from the photoshoot or only the ones I chose?

A: You only get the edited images as per your package. You can purchase extra images if you like.

Q: Can I have all the unedited images on a USB?

A: Purchase the USB with all unedited images for 1000 QR or upgrade to the Platinum package and all the unedited images are included in this package.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes, when we have done your photoshoot in your home, we will deliver or we can arrange a driver to deliver for an additional charge if you have done your photoshoot in the studio.

Q: How long does it take for my favourite images to be ready / edited?

A: 5 working days.

Q: Can I choose the images?

A: Yes you can select the images that you love or we can also make the selection for you if you feel you do not have time.

Q: How do I select my images?

A: Please use the link that you received and click on the heart on the pictures that you like. Ask for our instructional video in either English or Arabic.
